It is a pleasure to write this brief statement of endorsement for Ty Gay Builders, Inc. Three years ago Ty Gay Builders built our new home in Kinston. The overall experience was very good. We feel that we got a well-constructed home at a very competitive price. Ty and his staff were always courteous, patient, helpful and attentive. They were always willing to answer any questions and they were prompt to address any concerns that we had during the building of our home. The office secretary was extremely helpful. The subcontractors that Ty Gay Builders used were all competent in their areas of expertise and basically easy to work with. The building of a house is a very stressful endeavor. Ty Gay Builders made the process easier and smoother. I hope to live in my present home for the rest of my life, but if I ever build another home I would definitely choose Ty Gay Builders as my contractor. They build a very distinctive, well constructed product.
